C) Compliance with Legal Obligations
- Data processed: Data on invoices and in accounting documents.
- Purpose: Bookkeeping and fulfilling obligations arising from tax and other legal regulations.
- Legal basis: Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
D) Technical Security and Website Operation
- Data processed: IP address, browser type, access time, and other technical information transmitted by your browser.
- Purpose: To ensure the functionality and security of the website, protect against attacks, and diagnose technical problems.
- Legal basis: Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the secure and stable operation of our web presentation.
3. Retention Period
We retain your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:
- Data from contact communication is retained for the time necessary to handle the inquiry, but no longer than 1 year from our last communication, unless we enter into a contractual relationship.
- Data related to the performance of a contract is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, after its termination, for the duration of statutory limitation periods (usually 3-4 years).
- Data for compliance with legal obligations (e.g., invoices) is retained for the period specified by the relevant laws (e.g., 10 years according to the Accounting Act).
